WELCOME TO THE PANTHER FAMILY!!

Hello and welcome to J.S. Abrams Elementary School!  I am excited to have the opportunity of being your School Counselor! I’m very happy to be a part of the Panther Family! I wanted to take a little bit of time to briefly discuss the role of an elementary school counselor. School Counselors work as a team with the school staff, parents and the community to create a caring climate and atmosphere by providing education, prevention, early identification and intervention. It is through those measures that school counselors are able to help all children achieve academic success. My philosophy is to provide each student with the opportunities to acquire the academic, career, personal and social competencies necessary to achieve quality learning and life-long success in a safe environment.   

I am available upon request or referral during school hours. I am here for you, and I desire to assist you and your child/children on your journey to success!
